These are the terms for using VIKI Books, made by VIKI Systems in Trinidad and Tobago. By signing up you agree to them.

Free trial

New accounts get 30 days free with every feature. No card is needed. At the end of the trial you choose a plan to keep using it.

Prices and payment

• Businesses: TT$449 a month for each business.
• Accounting firms: TT$79 a month for each client company.
• Ask VIKI, the AI assistant, is an add-on priced separately.
• Prices are charged monthly. If payment stops, we may pause the account after telling you. Your books are kept and you can still take a copy.

Your figures and your filings

VIKI Books works out figures such as VAT, PAYE, NIS, health surcharge and tax estimates from what is entered, using the rates in force on each date. It does not file anything with the BIR, NIBTT or anyone else. You are responsible for checking the figures and for your own filings and payments. We recommend an accountant reviews your returns.

Your data

Your books belong to you. You can download them at any time, and when you leave we delete them if you ask. See the privacy page for how they are kept.

Using it fairly

Keep your password to yourself, give access only to people you trust, and do not use VIKI Books for anything unlawful.

Availability

We work to keep VIKI Books running and your data safe, with nightly backups, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will help.

Changes

If these terms or the prices change, we will tell you before the change applies.
